I am absolutely pleased with the job Upholstey 1 Trim Shop did on recovering my antique chairs. They were able to take a pretty intricate pattern and match the seams perfectly. The overall look is wonderful. This shop is easy to work with, responded to all my questions and helped me to understand the process. Would use them again for sure! Highly recommend!!!

Took my Jeep to Upholstery 1 in 2020 for a seat cushion replacement which had been replaced by another upholstery shop in Wilmington just one year earlier. The fix by Upholstery 1 still looks as good (almost 6 years later) as the day I picked it up. Yesterday I picked up my 21 year old Lexus which they reupholstered and the interior now looks awesome. During both of my experiences, the entire staff was very helpful in answering my questions. Totally satisfied and highly recommend this shop for any upholstery jobs.

Ashley & Elaine, and all who have assisted have never failed us at all and they have done several jobs for us being the last on 7/16/ 25. They replace and recover a GMC driver bottom seat cover with new foam. This same vehicle they replaced the headliner and sunshade and it was done as described and looks and operates great! ALL JOBS WELL DONE and we will continue to use them and recommend them. Also want it know there communication from start to finish is exceptional.

Elaine and Ashley are great. They repaired 24 large chairs for me. I was so happy to save them from going to the landfill. I thought they were very responsive and good communicators. I thought the price was more than fair too! Thank you again Upholstery 1.

I love this place even thats my umbias opinion. Staff is very friendly and informative. Price is great for the quality you get. Compared to the high end shops you can't tell the difference if placed side by side
